Yes. If you were a Gallup Poll On Demand subscriber or had a Gallup membership before the site redesign, you still need to create a Gallup membership.

To create a Gallup membership:

Go to http://www.gallup.com/members/Registration/AccountAccess.aspx and fill out the information as prompted to create your account profile.
