Based on Gallup's worldwide research, the Center examines in-depth the views of Muslim populations worldwide. As with all Gallup research, the Center provides nonpartisan and independent analysis that global leaders, institutions, and the public can use to make more informed decisions.
Gallup surveys Muslim communities in 40 predominantly Muslim nations and among significant Muslim populations in the West. The initiative is the first to consistently and scientifically represent views from more than one billion Muslims worldwide and provides the basis for the Center's unique analytical perspective. This work is part of Gallup's larger continuous global research initiative, surveying 98% of the world's population through representative samples on a wide range of topics.
