Ed O'Boyle

Global Practice Leader, Brand and Customer Engagement

Ed O'Boyle is Global Practice Leader for the Brand and Customer Engagement practices at Gallup. In his role, O'Boyle oversees strategic vision and drives innovation for these consulting practices worldwide. Since joining Gallup in 2006, O'Boyle's consulting insights have helped businesses around the world maximize their performance to drive growth and profitability.

O'Boyle brings a background of more than 18 years of brand and marketing experience with marquee brands such as Barclays Bank, Doritos, Tostitos, Captain Morgan, Capital One, and Healthy Choice. His career has included roles in brand management, strategic planning, and innovation. O'Boyle has an extensive background in new product development, leading innovation efforts while at Diageo, Capital One, and ConAgra Foods. Since joining Gallup, he has worked with key clients in the banking, hospitality, brewing, and office equipment industries.

O'Boyle earned his master's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his bachelor's degree in business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
