Developed Asia would see significant brain drain
If all adults worldwide who would like to migrate actually moved where they want to, Gallup's Potential Net Youth Migration and Potential Net Brain Gain indexes show highly developed countries would see an influx of young people rather than educated people. Only developed Asia would see significant brain drain.

Gallup finds that a median of 78% of respondents in 10 European countries support government intervention in the financial sector during times of economic crisis.

Confidence declines in 10 of 12 nations since economic downturn
Confidence in financial institutions and banks fell significantly in 10 of 12 European countries Gallup surveyed before and after last fall’s economic downturn -- with Ireland and Romania, the United Kingdom, and Portugal seeing some of the biggest declines.

About half of respondents identify extremely or very strongly with Europe
Before Iceland’s recent parliamentary election, Gallup found Icelanders far more positive about adopting the euro than about EU membership, with 60% calling the former a good thing and 39% saying the same about the latter. Overall, about half of Icelanders (49%) identify extremely or very strongly with Europe.
