New Gallup World Poll data reveal that many people in the Baltic States, especially those in younger generations, are pessimistic about the job markets in their countries and would emigrate given the chance. This is despite the region's impressive growth rates and low unemployment when compared to other European countries. As many as two in every three Lithuanians aged 15 to 24 say that if they could afford to, they would move permanently to another country.More ...
