Strengths Discovery

The Strengths Discovery workshop introduces participants to Gallup's strengths-based development philosophy. This personalized approach to professional development helps participants learn how to use their unique talents to "move from strength" and enhance their performance at work.

Structured group discussions and focused activities help participants develop clarity and gain new insights about their most dominant talents. During the session, participants:

  • receive a report highlighting their top five talents and strategies for development
  • gain knowledge to help them begin leveraging their unique talents and strengths
  • gain new insights regarding their personal and professional development

Individualized Development

Prior to attending Strengths Discovery, participants complete Gallup's Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and gain access to a two-hour developmental e-learning course.

  • The Clifton StrengthsFinder provides participants with insights into their areas of greatest talent. Participants receive a report detailing their five most dominant areas of talent, or Signature Themes. These results provide the basis for further discovery and leaning during the half-day program.
  • The e-learning course introduces leaders to the basics of strengths theory and strengths-based development concepts.

Course length: .5 day
