The Strengths-Based Selling: 1-Day Program for Sales Associates is designed for organizations that want to jump-start a strengths-based selling approach with their sales forces. The one-day session length is ideal for corporate groups attending in-house training programs, conferences, and conventions.
The program introduces the fundamental concepts of strengths-based selling as presented in the book, Discover Your Sales Strengths (Warner Books, 2003), by Gallup experts Benson Smith and Tony Rutigliano.
At the end of the session, salespeople will be able to answer these questions:
Before attending, participants complete the Clifton StrengthsFinder and gain access to an e-learning course.
During the 1-day session, salespeople learn the basic concepts and theories of strengths-based selling. The seminar includes examples of how salespeople can develop strategies and practices based on their own talents. Sessions are led by Gallup University instructors or by Gallup University certified trainers.
To help them continue their journey to greater sales success, participants receive a workbook with additional suggestions and exercises
