Based on the principles presented in the book, Discover Your Sales Strengths (Warner Books, 2003), this course is built on Gallup's 30 years of experience helping sales professionals and organizations achieve improved performance.

Participants learn how to capitalize on their talents to achieve success by:

- developing your sales talents into strengths
Before attending Sales Academy, salespeople complete Clifton StrengthsFinder and gain access to an e-learning course. A small group of internal or external customers are also asked to complete a Gallup CE 11customer engagement survey.
- The Clifton StrengthsFinder provides participants with insights into their greatest areas of talent.
- The e-learning course introduces participants to the basics of strengths theory and strengths-based development concepts.
- The CE 11 customer engagement report reveals how the participant's relationship style influences customer perceptions and engagement.
Through interactive lectures, group discussions, real-world case studies, and their measurement data, participants learn how to apply their talents to improve their sales performance. They leave with a personalized action plan that puts them on the path to greater sales success.
