Young Leaders Institute

Offered through the Gallup Education Division, the Young Leaders Institute is a two-and-a-half-day, high-impact immersion experience designed to set future world leaders on the way to influencing our world.

Participants will attend programs that are similar to those designed for leaders in business and organizations worldwide, but are designed with the unique needs of emerging leaders in mind. The seminar schedule builds in time for participants to connect and network with fellow leaders. Gallup University's uniquely successful approach to leadership will help young adults focus on developing their personal strengths and using them to benefit their family, school, and community. Participants will learn about their personal motivations and individual learning styles and their unique approach to developing goals, pursuing ambitions, and building and sustaining relationships.

Following are the take-aways you can expect from the Young Leaders Institute:
  • an individual strengths assessment using Gallup's Clifton StrengthsFinder
  • an in-depth self-assessment accompanied by 360-degree data provided by peers, parents, and teachers
  • multiple one-on-one consulting sessions with a Gallup University mentor
  • interactive sessions designed to create a safe environment for risk and exploration
  • accommodations designed to enhance the leadership experience

The Young Leaders Institute is offered at Gallup University's Washington, D.C., Omaha, Nebraska, and Irvine, California, campuses. Space is limited. For more information regarding the Young Leaders Institute or Gallup's Education Division, contact JerLene Mosley at 402.938.6370.
