Poland's Bargaining Chips

Poland is seeking military upgrades and fewer visa restrictions in exchange for hosting U.S. missile interceptors within its borders. In a 2007 Gallup Poll, 67% of Poles say they have confidence in their military, and only 6% say they plan to emigrate to the United States.
