Bolivia's President Seeks Voter Mandate

With more than two years left in office, Bolivia's President Evo Morales has agreed to a recall referendum letting voters decide if he should stay in power. In a 2007 Gallup Poll, 60% of Bolivians said they approve of their country's leadership.
