Bush Legacy: Gains on Terrorism, Losses on Economy
Looking back on the past eight years, since George W. Bush became president, more Americans say the United States made progress on terrorism (40%) and race relations (40%) than on any other issue, but 87% say the country has lost ground on the economy.
