Few Perceive Sincere Bipartisan Efforts in Congress

One-third of Americans think the Republicans in Congress have made a sincere effort to work with Barack Obama and the Democrats in Congress and 38% think Democrats have made a sincere effort to work with Republicans in Congress to find solutions that are acceptable to both parties.
