As a Youth leader, founded Bijoyful Foundation a NGO (Sec 8 Co. /Reg. 347152) that aims to deliver positive changes in the lives of young people troubled with adverse mental health, addiction or other life challenges through recovery and livelihood services. Launched First Recovery Centre for Youth Mental Health at Kalyan, India where we offer local peer support (Care Connections), recovery program (Udaan) and livelihood (I Can Work Helpline) for young adults (18-35 years) with adverse mental health other challenges on a membership model.
