About the Webinar

Workplaces and workers in East and Southeast Asia were affected differently by the COVID-19 pandemic than other regions according to findings from the State of the Global Workplace: 2021 Report.

Though workers in these regions were less likely to report their lives and finances were affected by the pandemic compared with global rates, there is a looming crisis in the heightened levels of stress, sadness, worry and anger found in the regions. The effect of these negative emotions on workers will lead to unwanted outcomes for the regions’ workplaces if leaders don’t take action to address employees’ needs.

Leaders can join this learning session to hear experts explore:

  • how engagement levels differ among countries and regions
  • Variances in levels of stress and wellbeing in the region compared with others
  • what organizational leaders need to do to address and improve the state of their workplaces
