Patricia joined Gallup in March 2022 as a Senior Consultant in the Auckland office coming from higher education and business consulting. She received her MBA in the USA and began working as a business director and Chief Financial Officer where she led a large team of business office staff. After relocating back to Auckland, New Zealand in 2016 she started her own consulting business and worked as a Professional Teaching Fellow at the University of Auckland. She has led many courses, facilitating professional development workshops and team-based learning sessions. Her top five strengths are achiever, learner, arranger, intellection, and input. As her second strength reflects, she is passionate about lifelong learning and using her work experience and educational background to make a meaningful impact.

Michelle van Raalte is a culture focused and forward-thinking leader who aspires to make a difference. Michelle has worked in Banking and Financial Services for over 20 years with over 15 years at ANZ in a range of Project Management and Operational Banking roles before changing her focus to Culture and Transformation and is now Audit Director – Culture. Michelle completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Coaching at university and has been passionate about coaching and development ever since. Throughout her career she has built on her experience coaching individuals and teams and in December obtained her Gallup Certified Strength Coach accreditation. Michelle believes creating work environments where people can be truly at their best is important as it flows onto their life at home - and can impact their wellbeing and mental health, their families and communities. We cannot underestimate the power of being highly engaged, energetic and inspired at work. For Michelle, delivering CliftonStrengths coaching to individuals, leaders and teams contributes to creating that working environment and achieving her purpose of having a positive impact in the world.
