State of the Global Workplace: Key Trends in Europe

Diana is Director of Client Experience at Gallup Germany and oversees a number of client relationships and teams across Europe to create great, sustainable workplaces based on years of research in behavioural and people analytics. She is responsible for working closely with senior executives to implement people strategies that increase individual, team and organizational performance with a strong focus on re-designing performance management systems, creating high-performance cultures and talent-based selection. Diana has experience working in several industries and functions such as FMCG, manufacturing, health and science, and sales, and has worked closely with a number of German DAX30 companies to drive sustainable change. Diana has also published several articles on organizational culture, employee engagement, and strengths-based development, including in Harvard Business Manager, and is a regular speaker at HR conferences and client partner meetings.

Anna Sawyer is a Principal Partner with Gallup, with 25 years’ experience helping companies build thriving, high performance workplaces. Based in London, Anna supports a diverse group of clients – from small start-ups to large enterprises – as they improve performance by truly investing in their people. Anna is a passionate strengths and engagement advocate, advising clients on integrating these strategies across the employee experience for greatest impact. She is a mum of four which provides a large motivation for her work in helping create more workplaces, that future generations can feel excited about joining and contributing to. Anna is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, leading with Competition, Maximizer, Communication, Activator and Achiever.
