Adam Hickman, Ph.D., is a senior workplace strategist. As a scholar and practitioner, he helps organizations worldwide understand and translate Gallup's research and behavioral and management sciences into practical solutions that drive organizational change and performance outcomes.
Adam is an experienced leader whose primary expertise is in organizational development and workplace management practices. In his work with clients, Adam leverages his in-depth knowledge of remote work and managing remote employees. He has also published research as an expert in engaging and managing remote workers after completing his study on the effects of workplace isolation on remote employee performance.
Adam received his bachelor's degree in communication with a minor in business from Hiram College. He earned master's degrees in management and business administration and a doctorate in global leadership. In addition, Adam has completed executive education intensives at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
