NEW FOR 2015 -- Gallup offered a complimentary pre-conference workshop

The Building a Strengths-Based Performance Culture Workshop was a fast-paced three-hour session that was designed to help organizational leaders understand what it means to be a strengths-based performance culture, and how to help advance their company on the path to becoming strengths-based. With useful insights from Gallup research and best practices based on organizations around the world, participants learned:

  • How to leverage the power of the Clifton StrengthsFinder to increase workgroup and organizational engagement and drive business results
  • What companies are doing to integrate strengths with organizational processes, so it becomes part of the organization's culture and identity
  • The core components for creating effective strengths initiatives that touch every level in the organization, from executive leaders to front-line associates

Based on decades of experience helping organizations use strengths as an integral part of their human capital strategy, this workshop helped participants discover how to leverage the talent of their associates to drive organizational performance.
