I work with individuals, couples, families, managers and whole teams/workplaces to explore the culture that exists around the relationships that are present.
With a special interest in business culture, I help leaders and team members explore the crucial questions of why we exist as a team and what matters most, so that we can all engage and contribute in the best way possible.
My training is in commerce and business management, strengths coaching and relationship therapy, which gives me a wide range of tools with which to help individuals and teams find their most constructive way of being with one another so that the power of being an us
comes through in the way we engage and work together.
My mission is to rid New Zealand of toxic workplaces - so everyone is able to grow and find meaning in who they are.
