Become a CliftonStrengths coach. In doing so, you'll learn how to see and coach students' talents. Then you'll be able to coach students to develop their talents in a way that improves their lives, their studies and, ultimately, their careers.
Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches help students, staff and faculty do what they do best every day. Course participants learn alongside other educators, as well as coaches, consultants and business leaders. Gallup's Strengths Coaching Certificate is perfect for educators who coach students and/or staff, as well as those who are actively involved with broader strengths efforts at a school or on a campus.
Gallup offers two curriculum paths for becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach:
Complete the Gallup Global Strengths Coach course (formerly Accelerated Strengths Coaching) or complete both the Successful Strengths Coaching and Coaching Individuals, Managers and Teams courses.
