Tell learners they have potential? Sure. Help them develop it? Absolutely.

Educators who bring our coaching and talent-development expertise to their schools invest in a lifetime of positive growth and better outcomes for teachers and students alike. Everyone has natural talents, and our courses teach you to apply and develop your own, no matter your role as an educator, while also spotting and developing the talents of your students or your faculty.

Be a guiding light when students need it most.

Through the trials, tribulations, confusions and upsets that afflict students, you're there. With advice and a calm word, you anchor students amid the high winds of their education. You help students navigate one of the most intense and meaningful times in life.

But you know you could do and be more. So do we.

So we teach you how to coach talent and teams. When you learn how to coach CliftonStrengths or business-building talents, you gain an approach that's proven; practiced in educational institutions across the globe; and tied to better engagement, wellbeing, and outcomes for learners, communities, and campuses.

With Gallup learning, you'll be able to guide students to discover themselves, find their path in the world and succeed -- no matter what life throws at them.

Courses and Tools

Solve problems and create opportunities at your institution.

Your mentorship matters. Students who have a mentor during college demonstrate greater academic achievement and career development during their time in college.

Additionally, Gallup's past research has linked meaningful mentoring relationships during college with positive long-term outcomes for graduates after college -- including higher wellbeing, employee engagement and more positive perceptions of their alma mater.

But great mentorship isn't simple, and it's not easy. Great mentors must offer guidance, wisdom and tools to promote long-term success in students.

That's the value of CliftonStrengths. Mentors who become CliftonStrengths coaches have at their disposal a proven approach to talent development that leads to long-term success and positive wellbeing. As a coach, you'll have the knowledge, tools and terminology to promote deep self-discovery at every turn and when students need it most.
