Currently serves as the Supervisor of School Leadership Programs in the Office of Talent Development with Prince George's County Public School. Previous roles include the following: Instructional Superintendent (District of Columbia Public Schools), Principal, Assistant Principal, and Guidance Counselor in PGCPS. Also worked as a Guidance Counselor with Orlando Public Schools. Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Master's Degree in Guidance & Counseling from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida. In 2012, received a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and was selected as a recipient of the Dr. Charles L. Faires Dissertation of Distinction Award for research on novice principals and their leadership preparation.
