For over 25 years, I have been inspiring and activating people to be their best selves. I use a strategic vision and a down-to-earth, practical approach to managing all types of personal and organizational issues. I am an experienced instructor, facilitator and coach, skilled in creating unbiased, open and inspiring learning environments.
For Teams: I motivate leaders and their teams with a group dynamics approach to problem solving. Through individual coaching sessions and team workshops, we address performance issues and goals. I teach the group how to "team" so they can become high performers and meet a company's mission.
For Young People: I work with students and recent graduates to create and implement their own action plan for success. Every plan is based on their strengths, values, academic interests, activities, and goals. When students know their best selves---their strengths, passions and values---they make better decisions about classes, activities, friends and careers. Motivated students who feel confident and competent are always the most successful.
