She has held memberships in the National Career Development Association, the MBA Career Services Council, the Graduate Management Admission Leadership Council, and the National Association for Colleges and Employers.
When coaching individuals, Clifton StrengthsFinder is one of the many tools Jen uses with clients to help them find greater purpose, success, and satisfaction.
When coaching managers and teams, Jen focuses on maximizing human capital to get the best results, especially with those in helping professions.
Learning about the unique talents and strengths of each person is like a puzzle, and she works together with them to turn over all the pieces, and start assembling until the image is clear and the pieces come together.
Helping people find meaningful work and create successful teams is a tremendous honor and privilege for Jen, and she looks forward to working with you!
