Danielle Bowditch specializes in linking team dynamics to results for any organization. She brings high quality strategy development, project management experience and group facilitation into the work she does. Danielle has worked extensively with the Girl Scouts of the Nation’s Capital, Community Church and Virginia Academy. With these organizations she has managed change, volunteers and the challenges and opportunities of working with passionate communities.
Her work has included designing strategy and alignment sessions for the departments, staff and volunteer change management organization- wide, large group facilitation, and qualitative and quantitative data collection.
Her accomplished work includes a year- long commitment with the executive team of Community Church, a 1,500-member growing church, and Virginia Academy, a 600+ K-12 private school in managing a large system-wide change.
Danielle hopes to work within organizations on various leadership levels including: executive, mid-level and front-line managers as they strive to link skills and talents to performance and results.
