Born and bred Capetonian living and working in the UK. I am passionate about people and love seeing others grow and develop into who they were born to be.
I have a Diploma in Public Relations and worked in the corporate world for a few years until I found my calling to coach. I then did a Diploma in life coaching and added strengths coaching to my repertoire. I use the Clifton Strengths Finder and other tools to help clients see where their natural talents and potential lies.
I love the practicality in coaching and seeing my clients achieve their desired results is so fulfilling. There is a clear focus in my sessions to explore further opportunities, issues and goals. We then identify some practical steps that you can take to overcome those barriers and work towards a happier you.
I work with people from all spheres of life. I believe my top 5 strengths help me to be a better coach. I am also available to work with small groups, teams and managers.
