I am a qualified occupational psychologist and life sciences specialist with over 18 years of consultancy experience in both the public and private sectors. Most importantly, however, I am truly passionate and enthusiastic about enabling people to realize their true potential through a focus on strengths and a highly motivational, positive coaching approach.
I am completely committed to helping those I coach to deeply understand, 'claim', and feel proud of and energized by their talents. I also have a practical and applied approach, with tangible results being of the utmost importance - helping clients to use their new-found self-awareness and confidence to develop and market their strengths for personal wellbeing, engagement and performance.
As a coach, my own 'Empathy' and 'Relator' talents enable me to develop deep and trusting relationships with a high degree of insight, and through my 'Input' talent I bring a wealth of information, ideas, and practical tools to my coaching practice.
My aim is for my clients to leave every coaching conversation we have enlightened, uplifted, confident and purposeful.
