As a workforce development consultant and Gallup-certified strengths coach, I'm here to help you.. discover your talents and build your strengths. Few activities will pay higher dividends - both at home and in the workplace. These dividends include workplace happiness and satisfaction, personal joy, and yes, financial security.
My own strengths journey began in 1999, after reading two important books - Soar With Your Strengths, and First Break All The Rules. A few years later, I read the book Now, Discover Your Strengths, took the StrenghtsFinder talent assessment and my life changed - forever!
Today, Schleif/Learning's mission is firmly rooted in the process of helping people build workplace strengths. I serve individuals who find themselves beginning their strengths journey, and companies looking to help their individuals and teams grow in performance capability by encompassing the power of a creating a strengths-based management philosophy and workplace culture.
