I am a Manager for the Varian Clinical Helpdesk. I co-manage a multidisciplinary team of 51 clinicians made up of physicists, radiation therapists, dosimitrists, nurses, and pharmacists. I am an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) with over 18 years of extensive oncology experience to include administration, chemotherapy administration, vascular access, stem cell transplant, primary nursing, radiation oncology nursing, pediatric oncology and hematology, chemotherapy admixture, infusion charge nurse, oncology nurse manager, staff and patient education, program development, staff development and enrichment. Much of my leadership skills have been focused on program development, regulatory compliance, and patient and staff education and development.
I enjoy the opportunity to engage people on their journey of discovery and utilization of their talents. It is an incredible gift to be able to be a part of something so personal and pivotal, whether it is professional or personally driven.
