Since finding out my own talent themes, I have become more intrigued with discovering others' talents. I have worked within the education industry for 15 plus years as an educator and a volunteer Strengths coach for one of Georgia’s top school districts. While working with clients within the district, I have been able to help clients realize their inner talents that were already active within them and talents they were unaware they possessed. My coaching style follows the Gallup model of name it, claim it, and aim it. Through coaching one-on-one or in small groups, I can help you understand, own, and utilize your strengths in your everyday life.
