I have been actively involved in strengths-based leadership for over seven years. I am employed at Weber State University within the Department of Student Involvement and Leadership as Coordinator of Leadership Programming. My involvement with strengths is centered around my work with students and co-workers, but extends into my personal and community life. I have presented on a variety of strengths-based topics, specifically Wellbeing, Team building, and faith-centered strengths.
I love working with individuals as well as groups. My positivity and communication combine for an enjoyable strengths discovery journey.
