Sobre Katrina Pereira

Katrina Pereira is passionate about creating conditions in the workplace where employees are truly engaged in their work. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she enjoys helping others discover their natural talents and coaches them on how to use and highlight those talents every day as they turn them into strengths.  

Katrina is currently the HR Manager at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She manages all aspects of the HR function, including employee learning and development, onboarding, diversity and inclusion, and rewards and recognition programming. She holds a MA in Organizational Development from Williams James College and a BA in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration and Spanish from Northeastern University. She also is CP certified through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
