As a coach serving clients from six continents, I help activate communities of strengths-inspired achievers. 

My mission is to herald the "Exuberant Life" into yours as much as I celebrate it in mine. 

I have over 25 years exposure in the fields of human resources (training, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, leadership development, internal communications), marketing (brand management, special events, advertising, promotions, media relations), and corporate affairs (reputation management, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, sustainable development) gained from the academe, airline, financial, mining, and power generation industries. I am likewise an internationally certified DDI ® facilitator.

I am an adviser to the board of trustees of Make-A-Wish Philippines, an organization which grants wishes of children battling life threatening medical conditions. During the Covid pandemic, I launched a chapter of a business networking organization that helped pivot organizations to achieve massive income. I am also the president of my local village homeowners association.

I live in the Philippines with my wife, Katherine, and our three young homeschooling sons.
