Gallup does not sell your personal data. However, we may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Within Gallup: Your data may be shared with Gallup employees, hiring managers and HR professionals involved in the recruitment process.
- Service providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors who provide recruitment-related services, such as applicant tracking systems, background check providers or assessment tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only in accordance with Gallup’s instructions.
- Legal and regulatory requirements: We may disclose your data when required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect Gallup’s legal rights.
We do not allow third parties to use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.

- Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data Gallup maintains about you (“candidate packet”).

- Right to lodge a complaint: Submit a complaint to your local data protection authority.

6. Data Transfer and Storage
Your application data will be stored in the United States. As a global organization, Gallup may transfer candidate data across jurisdictions. We protect your information through:

- Binding legal instruments (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or certifications, where required
7. Use of Third-Party Services
We may engage trusted third-party providers to support recruiting functions such as application tracking or assessment tools. These providers:
- Are contractually obligated to safeguard your data
- May only use the data in accordance with Gallup’s instructions
8. Automated Decision-Making
Gallup does not make hiring decisions based solely on automated systems or algorithms.

We reserve the right to change this Notice at any time. The “Effective Date” heading at the top of this Notice indicates when it was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised notice on our Careers site.
