We have developed a certification program that ensures you will be fully qualified to provide strengths-based coaching to anyone, including individuals, teams and managers.

2. Complete a certification application, providing details about your education, work experience and career focus.
3. Complete a multiple-choice exam to demonstrate your comprehension of and proficiency in the course material.
4. Using the knowledge and materials you gained from the coursework, coach at least six individuals and have them evaluate your coaching skills using Gallup's coaching evaluation system.
