His experience spans from early-stage startups to large enterprise organizations. Chris partners with government, nonprofit and for-profit organizations to improve organizational results. He helps leaders discover and re-engineer their leadership to create high performing workplaces by providing them the tools they need to lead their teams through change.
Previously, Chris held business development and operational management roles within the nonprofit and private sectors. At Gallup he served as a Workplace Analytics Consultant, where he was an award-winning consultant for their Learning and Development Global groups.
