About Ultan Molloy

Ultan is an ICF certified executive coach, facilitator, trainer, business consultant, Pharmacist and pharmacy owner. He has over 20 years experience working in both the public and private sector he brings fresh insights and perspectives when developing the people he works with.
Ultan’s interests are in coaching, consulting, inspiring and supporting clients toward sustainable behavioural change, high performance team development, employee engagement and business development. An Ironman triathlete, Ultan has worked with sportspeople and teams, as well as with clients in the recruitment, IT, pharmacy, banking and veterinary industries. At present he is working with the Trinity College Dublin Business School as part of their Executive Education development programs for client companies while continuing to work for his own extensive private client base.
He has used DiSC® profiling and individual coaching as part of his team development and integration processes in his own businesses since 2009. He is formally certified as a coach in the use of a number of valid and reliable psychometric instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder®, and the Hogan Assessment Systems® for recruitment, development and leadership.
The son of two primary school teachers, Ultan works through supportive, structured and enjoyable coaching relationships for agreed and tangible results for his clients. Ultan’s coaching and facilitation style aspires to engage participants through auditory, visual and kinaesthetic learning. This enables them to leave with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to meet and exceed their learning expectations and outcomes
