Darien is the founder of I’Mpossible. She is a certified executive and career coach and trainer. She started her career as an attorney in an AmLaw 50 Firm in Boston and after 7 years of practice, transitioned to Professional Development. In her role as Director of Professional Development and Talent Management, she directed the evaluation processes for legal professionals firm wide, ran compensation processes, and advised management on associate retention and development.
As a person high in the StrengthsFinder themes of Communication, Activator, Achiever, Positivity and Woo, she is doing what she does best every day - igniting the power and potential in others. In her Strengths coaching, she helps people learn how to leverage their talents in their work and business development to increase productivity, engagement and job satisfaction. In team Strengths Training, she provides the team with the common language of talent to create a more positive dialogue. When team members are aware of each other’s talents, the team can gain an understanding of how each person is inclined to think, act, feel. This awareness helps the team mitigate conflict and avoid dysfunction. Through dynamic presentations and insightful coaching, Darien leads attorneys and professionals and teams to fulfilling, profitable, and successful endeavors.
Darien holds a B.A. and J.D. from Boston College. She is a certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI), Associate Certified Coach (ICF), and certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
