I first discovered CliftonStrengths in 2018. I've always been drawn to self-awareness tools, but CliftonStrengths stood out right away. It doesn't put people in a box or give them a label. It shows how unique each person is, and how their natural talents, once understood and developed, let them work with more ease, energy, and excellence.
I've spent more than 20 years in sales and leadership roles with global organizations, and through all of it, coaching has been my passion. Today I work with top performers and leaders in large sales organizations, helping them understand what makes them great and use it on purpose. Watching someone have that "aha" moment and then step into their own version of excellence is the most rewarding part of what I do.
