I have been dealing with people management and corporate culture since 2008. I founded and successfully sold my own company in 2011. I led teams from 3 to 300 people all over the world (Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, Finland, India, Slovakia). In 2017, I founded the ikigai.cz portal, where we help individuals discover their strengths and organizations build a culture based on openness, strengths and cooperation.
