About Izabela Wachowiak

I am an experienced educator, coach, and team leader, deeply intrigued by the unique qualities that make each person exceptional. Guided by my Achiever and Individualization strengths, I am passionate about helping others uncover their potential and take clear, purposeful actions to leverage their strengths and achieve meaningful goals.

Driven by a love of challenges and growth, my career has been diverse and enriched by international experiences. With a strong foundation in education, I have worked as an ESOL lecturer at Edinburgh College and an ESOL teacher at St Augustine’s High School in Scotland. Drawing on my Strategic and Input talents, I also designed and developed teaching resources as a Resource Specialist for the British Council’s Nexus Anniversary Project. Naturally drawn to dynamic environments, I spent several years as a Communication and PR Specialist and Event Manager for private and non-profit educational organizations in Poland. What I valued most in this work was bringing people together—building strong, collaborative teams of individuals with diverse strengths, perspectives, and ideas, and empowering them to achieve shared goals.

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I am committed to helping individuals and teams discover what makes them exceptional and guiding them on the best pathways to unlock and fulfill their potential—personally, professionally, and organizationally. I believe our purpose is not only to make a living, but to make a meaningful difference in the world by sharing our talents and strengths to enrich the lives of others.
