Antonio Papuzza

Antonio is a business professional with more than 20 years of experience in several countries and with a variety of organizations and professionals around the globe. He is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish (and learning French); he leads training programs and coaches in all of the three languages. Antonio was born in Italy and has lived and done work in many countries. He has a bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, a PhD in Business and Economic Anthropology, and a series of coaching certifications. He enjoys to share proved best practices to help people be more successful and happier while they develop both as professionals and as human beings. He works as a college business faculty, as an international business consultant, and as a coach. Antonio is available to work with individuals, organizations, and governments in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

As a college faculty, he teaches at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder within the MBA program and Leeds Global Initiatives. He teaches a variety of courses and modules in the field of “International Business” (Operating in Emerging Markets, Global Strategy, Leading & Managing across Cultures, International Organizational Behavior, International Negotiations, and Global Leadership & Citizenship) and in the field of Organizational Behavior (Executive Leadership & Leadership Development, Negotiations & Conflict Management, Principles of Organizational Behavior, Systems Thinking, and Teamwork).

As a business consultant, Antonio helps organizations (companies, nonprofit organizations, governments, institutions, and indigenous communities) strategize internationally – or domestically - and strengthening their talents to achieve objectives and increase quality of performances. The three most popular programs he leads are in Global Leadership and Cross-Cultural Training for CEOs, expatriates, and their families, in Negotiation & Sales training for sale teams and executives, and in Teamwork & Systems training for everybody in organizations. He customizes these and other programs for specific purposes based on request.

As a coach, Antonio helps individuals and teams envision and achieve their best life, work, and career. He uses a multidisciplinary methodology that combines approaches from different studies and practices in order to match people’s personal learning style and experiences. The empowerment techniques used in this methodology help people discover their best resources and talents in order to develop them for long lasting success in business, work, and life. Besides Strengths, Antonio is also ICF, HeartMath, and DheWay(R) certified, and moreover registered as a business mediator at the Italian Chamber of Commerce. A mix of emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and positive psychology always supports all his coaching sessions to help people in being successful and experiencing fulfillment.
