Piotr Lech

Piotr is a global leader, entrepreneur, mentor and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. His mission in coaching is to empower strengths in leaders around the world. He is an experienced and thoughtful coach, who has coached leaders at all levels of the corporate hierarchy and will help you discover different alternatives, encourage you to think, and to find your own unique path for development. 

Based on his global experience he developed his own coaching style and method, which is highly personalized to the current needs of the individual customer or the team that he works with. Piotr’s focus will always promote a better understanding of your unique set of strengths, which make you who you are. Together with you, Piotr will work on how to unlock your talents and develop them into strengths. 

Born in 1968, Piotr grew up in Poland and Nigeria. He studied Medicine at the Warsaw Medical University and later obtained MBA from the Kożminski University. Piotr has a proven record in building successful teams and organizations during his 27 years of experience at General Electric and 3M, where he contributed in different roles. Piotr is an experienced manager and an authentic leader, with a passion for creating an emotional connection between the customers, employees as well as the company mission. He leads with creativity and strategic focus on growth. His expertise is hence predominantly addressed to the leaders and organizations that want to increase revenues and market success in the long-term, focusing on increasing employee engagement and quality of management. I offer my experience in developing people and business. 

Piotr’s diversified experience in commercial, operational and customer serving organizations is deployed to strengthen customer and employee engagement in different organizations. He is skilled in digital strategy implementation, increasing work efficiency and improving internal communication, all of which have a direct and immense positive impact on the growth. 

Piotr’s journey with CliftonStrengths began in 2011, initially by discovering his own strengths set. The discovery of his talent aided him in progressing within his own career.
