Pa Sinyan leads Gallup’s teams across EMEA, where he supports leading companies to drive organizational and cultural change. He has 13 years’ experience working with leadership teams on both organizational and C-Suite challenges. Pa leverages Gallup’s cutting-edge insights in the science of behavioural economics and decision-making to support leaders and consult them on interventions to better engage employees, customers and suppliers. Pa has an MSc and a BSc in international economics and finance from Universiteit van Tilburg in the Netherlands. Born and raised in Gambia, Pa has lived in Germany, the Netherlands and Tunisia. He is fluent in English, German and Wolof.

Marco is Regional Lead Research and Analytics EMEA at Gallup. As a Subject Matter Expert, he advises German as well as international companies on personnel, supplier and customer management issues.Marco Nink is author of the study Engagement Index Deutschland (2014, 2019) and co-author of the book Human Capital Management in deutschen Unternehmen (Human Capital Management in German companies) (2005). He has published over 70 author contributions in professional journals (including die bank, Harvard Business Manager, Personalwirtschaft, planung&analyse) and specialist books (including Arbeitskultur 2020, Client Relationships in Banking, Kompetenzen der Zukunft – Arbeit 2030). Marco is also responsible for Gallup’s EMEA series of reports titled The Real Future of Work and leads the firm’s business impact analysis work in the region to demonstrate the ROI of Gallup’s interventions.
