Deepanjan Deb , in his role as growth leader for Gallup South Asia, works in the area of behavioral economics for, in Consultative Sales, Product sales, digital sales, marketing and strategy of Gallup's offerings in the Indian subcontinent. He has been instrumental in developing and growing the business of Gallup in India, Singapore as well as the Philippines. His primary area of interest entails research in the application of Behavioural Economics in consulting, data analytics as well as helping productizing Gallup’s research. He is instrumental in working with clients towards creating impact around change management in application areas like employee and customer engagement, culture audit, managerial development, strengths based development, leadership development and succession planning. He is the sales partner and manages some of Gallup India’s largest accounts. An alumnus of NIT Allahabad (B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering) and XLRI Jamshedpur, where he was the awarded the Gold Medal for Best All-Round Student of XLRI in 2012.

Kinita was born in India and has lived cross-culturally for 50+ years between India, Canada and the USA.
