Marco Nink is Director of Research and Analytics EMEA at Gallup. He advises companies on personnel, supplier and customer management issues. He has been with Gallup since 1997. He works closely with the consulting team to develop strategies that help Gallup clients improve their business performance. He is responsible for presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and oversees the firm's research in EMEA and leads Gallup's business impact analysis work in the region to demonstrate the ROI of Gallup's interventions.
Marco is author of the study Engagement Index Deutschland (2014, 2019) and co-author of the book Human Capital Management in deutschen Unternehmen (Human Capital Management in German companies) (2005). He has published over 70 author contributions in professional journals (including die bank, Harvard Business Manager, Personalwirtschaft, planung&analyse) and specialist books (including Human Capital Leadership (2004), Client Centricity - Relationships in Banking (2011), Arbeitskultur 2020 (2015), Kompetenzen der Zukunft - Arbeit 2030 (2018), Digitale Transformation in der Unternehmenspraxis (2020)).
Marco has extensive experience in the retail, FMCG, automotive, banking, and insurance sectors.
Marco studied Communication Research, Political Science and Sociology at the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Germany. He is married and has two children.
