Cedar Valley Hospice faced many challenges in 2020. Providing quality end-of-life care became even more challenging with the impacts of a global pandemic. However, Cedar Valley Hospice was able to remain agile and have a successful year despite all the obstacles 2020 had in store for its industry. Using their mission and purpose coupled with the Q12 as a guiding light, leaders formed strategic plans to quickly adapt their communication, management style, development, support and even the core patient care experience to meet the demands of a global pandemic.
