After 24 years in different functions at L'ORÉAL, an international corporate group company in the cosmetics sector, I now follow my passion and work as an independent strengths coach.

When I first came into contact with Clifton Strengths in 2016, I was fascinated from the very first moment and a dream of becoming an independent strengths coach firstly came up.

3 years later, after a four months world cruise, I ran the Gallup training program for the certified strengths coach and parallely realized lots of Clifton strenghts coachings in a partly private and mostly professional context with individuals and teams in controlling, marketing and sales departments. Moreover, this training enabled me to realize an extraordinary professional move from a market researcher with a small team to a leading sales position with a large team. As I saw the huge effects and gained so much energy and fulfillment from these coaching sessions, I continued developping the idea of becoming independent. Now - in 2023 - it is reality!
