Sophia Olsson

I’m a Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Partner with over 25 years of experience in learning and development, leadership training, and program design. I began my career in retail banking, supporting onboarding and sales training, and over time my work expanded into instructional design, knowledge management, and leading learning initiatives of all sizes.

I’ve been with Paylocity since 2010, where I support Operations teams across multiple business units that shape the client experience. My work focuses on aspirational leaders, early and emerging people leaders, and leaders who are continuing to grow and refine how they show up for their teams. I’ve facilitated everything from large-scale conferences to small, highly interactive sessions, where meaningful growth often happens.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I bring a thoughtful, supportive, and practical approach to coaching. I help people better understand their CliftonStrengths®, build confidence in what comes naturally to them, and apply those strengths in intentional ways, whether they’re navigating career growth, leadership transitions, education, or personal goals.

I lead with Relator, Harmony, Developer, Intellection, and Input, which means I value trust, reflection, and growth through connection. At my core, I’m passionate about helping people see what’s already strong in them and use that clarity to pursue opportunities, goals, and paths they may not have fully considered yet.
