Über Dale Lasky

Dale Lasky is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach who believes that people thrive when they know and use their natural talents.

After more than 30 years as a high school business education teacher, and being named 2009 Illinois Teacher of the Year, Dale now helps individuals unlock their potential by focusing on what’s right with them, not what’s wrong. Whether you're launching your career, navigating change, or striving to grow as a leader, Dale’s strengths-based coaching helps you build confidence, clarity, and momentum.

Over the years, Dale has formed lifelong connections with his students, many of whom still reach out to share their growth journeys. He’s been invited to 14 weddings, two baby showers, and a quinceañera (but he still can’t tango). These lasting bonds prove what Dale has always believed: when people feel trusted, recognized, and inspired, they don’t just grow, they become extraordinary.

Through his PHD Program: Professional & Human Development, Dale blends Gallup's proven strengths philosophy with his own holistic, others-oriented approach. His coaching focuses on five essential areas: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship building, and problem-solving. With every session, Dale brings enthusiasm, empathy, and optimism, along with a good sense of humor and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

Whether you're looking to grow personally or professionally, Dale helps you tap into your strengths and turn potential into progress.

In Dale’s world, the glass isn’t just half full, it’s overflowing with possibility. Are you ready to become extraordinary?
